งานประกาศรางวัล Korean Music Awards ครั้งที่ 19 ได้เปิดเผยรายชื่อผู้ชนะรางวัลในแต่ละสาขาของปีนี้ออกมาแล้ว
โดยในปีนี้ BTS คว้ารางวัลศิลปินแห่งปีเป็นปีที่ 3 หลังจากที่ได้รับรางวัลนี้มาแล้วในปี 2018 และ 2019 ในขณะที่วงรุกกี้เกิร์ลกรุปอย่าง aespa ก็ได้รับรางวัลเพลงแห่งปีจากเพลง Next Level ควบด้วยรางวัลศิลปินหน้าใหม่แห่งปี และรางวัลเพลง K-POP ยอดเยี่ยม รวมทั้งหมด 3 รางวัล
