2022 Genie Music Awards งานประกาศรางวัลของสตรีมมิงเพลงยอดนิยมของเกาหลีได้จัดขึ้นเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วเมื่อค่ำคืนที่ผ่านมา
การจัดงานในปีนี้ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบกิจกรรมและยกเลิกการถ่ายทอดสดเพื่อเป็นการไว้อาลัยจากเหตุการที่เกิดขึ้นที่อิแทวอน โดยงานประกาศรางวัลได้จัดขึ้นที่ Namdong Gymnasium ในอินชอน
