งานประกาศรางวัลดนตรีประจำปี Hanteo Music Awards ในปีนี้ ’31st Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2023′ หรือ HMA 2023 จัดขึ้นที่ ทงแดมุนดีไซน์พลาซ่า (DDP – Dondaemun Design Plaza), โซล ประเทศเกาหลีใต้ โดยจัดงานขึ้น 2 วันด้วยกันในวันที่ 17 และ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2024

โดยงาน 31st Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2023 ในวันแรกได้มอบรางวัลให้กับศิลปินผู้ชนะในสาขาต่างๆ ส่วนงานวันที่ 2 ที่นอกจากจะประกาศผู้ชนะรางวัลสาขาต่างๆ แล้ว ก็ได้มีการประกาศรางวัล Bonsang และรางวัลใหญ่ Daesang ทั้ง 4 สาขาด้วย

สำหรับงาน 31st Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2023 ทั้ง 2 วันดำเนินงานโดย ชางมิน TVXQ ผู้รับหน้าที่โฮสต์ในปีนี้
