งานประกาศรางวัล Golden Disc Awards ครั้งที่ 36 ได้จัดขึ้นเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว กับงานประกาศรางวัลทางดนตรีงานแรกของวงการเพลงเกาหลีในปี 2022 ที่มอบรางวัลให้กับศิลปิน, ผลงานเพลง และอัลบัม ที่ยอดเยี่ยมในปี 2021 ที่ผ่านมา
วันที่ 8 มกราคม งานประกาศรางวัล Golden Disc Awards ครั้งที่ 36 ได้จัดขึ้นที่โกช็อกสกายโดม พร้อมกับศิลปินมากมายที่เตรียมสเตจพิเศษมาแสดง และเข้าร่วมงานในปีนี้ โดย 2 รางวัลแดซังของงานในปีนี้เป็นของ IU กับเพลง Celebrity ในสาขารางวัลเพลงดิจิตอล (Digital Daesang) และ BTS กับอัลบัม Be ในสาขารางวัลอัลบัม (Album Daesang) ส่วนทางด้านของรางวัลศิลปินแห่งปี (Artist of the Year) ในปีนี้เป็นของ aespa
