งานประกาศรางวัล Gaon Chart Music Awards ครั้งที่ 10 ได้จัดขึ้นเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วในช่วงเย็นของวันที่ 13 มกราคมที่ผ่านมา โดยได้มอบรางวัลให้กับคนบันเทิงในวงการเพลงทั้งศิลปินที่แสดงในเบื้องหน้า และคนเบื้องหลังในสาขาต่างๆ
ในงานประกาศรางวัล Gaon Chart Music Awards ครั้งที่ 10 มีการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบงานให้เข้ากับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันด้วยการถ่ายทอดสดทางแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ รวมถึงภายในงานครั้งนี้ไม่มีการแสดงของศิลปิน จะมีเพียงแค่คลิปกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ของศิลปินที่ชนะในแต่ละสาขาเท่านั้น โดยงาน Gaon Chart Music Awards ครั้งที่ 10 นี้ได้ อีทึก Super Junior และ ลีอา ITZY เป็นเอ็มซีภายในงาน
